Meditation in Motion

Learn movements and exercises to reduce stress, improve focus, increase energy and improve your overall health with Tai Chi and Qigong

Meditation.

We seem to be hearing more and more about it every day.

There is no denying it’s benefits (and need for most of us)

But there is one big problem...

Thanks to our culture of busyness, facebook, twitter, instagram, emailing and netflix binging. Most of us struggle to sit still for two seconds let alone for a 5 to 10 minute meditation!

Meaning most people are missing out on the incredible benefits of meditation.

But what if I told you didn’t have to sit still to meditate?

HOW?

Through the practice of Tai Chi and Qigong

A unique form of exercise that Harvard medical school calls meditation in motion; allowing you to receive the benefits of meditation without having to sit still.

If you’re looking for simple ways to:

  • Slow down
  • Relieve Stress
  • Switch off (without binging netflix)
  • Wind down
  • Have more energy
  • Focus better

Then this course is for you!

This course has been made with the absolute beginner and everyday person in mind. There won’t be talk of harnessing Chi or activating energy..

Instead we will be focusing on the incredibly powerful and well researched benefits that come from these truly unique forms of exercise.

What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation that combines breathing, movements, postures and mindfulness. Originally practiced as a martial arts form it is now largely practiced for its health benefits.

What is Qigong?

Closely related to Tai Chi, Qigong is an ancient art and science of using breath, movement, awareness and meditation to improve the health of the body and mind. And has been practised for over 4000 years (it must be doing something right..) for its health-promoting benefits

Benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong:

The Mind:

  • Improves Focus
  • Improves Concentration
  • Alleviates Stress
  • Relax's the Mind

The Body:

  • Improves Immunity
  • Improves Flexibility
  • Improves Cardiovascular Function
  • Improves Strength
  • Improves Coordination
  • Improves Balance

Tai Chi and Qigong are also extremely beneficial for a range of different health issues.

Including:

  • Fibromyalgia
  • Diabetes
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Autism
  • Arthritis
  • Parkinson’s
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Cancer

And many more.

If you’re someone dealing with these issues and are looking for some natural, easy and effective treatment then Tai Chi and Qigong may just be what you are looking for!

In fact.

I have had people with these very conditions, find great relief from the exercises. Some even found an improvement in their symptoms!

Everyone Benefits.

I’ve taught people of all ages and backgrounds, sometimes holding classes as large as 40 people at once!

From university students, to business people, busy Mum’s and even kids.

And almost every person who has experienced these movements and exercises has been blown away by their benefits. From relieving stress, to promoting relaxation, improving energy and focus, to helping people with their health conditions.

I have literally had people tell me that they have “tried everything”, but this was the first thing that they actually felt benefit from.

But don’t just take my word for it…. Here is what people have had to say:

“This is a wonderful course. As a Breast Cancer sufferer this course is slow and easy to do, without doing hard exercises. Isaac explains everything really well and he is easy to follow. This course has been wonderful for my recovery and continued exercise program.”

- Sarah

"This course has been wonderful for my balance, my inner peace and letting go of stress. I highly recommend his course to anyone needing any sort of stress relief or just anyone needing a mild form of exercise to help them feel better."

- Gaye

"Since taking the classes with Isaac I undertake a sequence of the movements as a way to release tension and calm my mind. In breaks at work I'll do a series of the exercises to get my body moving and stretched after sitting at my desk. The online videos mean I'm able to do this in my own time and they are a good reminder for the different actions."

- Brian

"I had never tried Tai Chi before but always thought it looked relaxing . It looks almost effortless when you watch other people doing it. It doesn’t look like you are exercising. So I was really amazed when I did my first class how much I could feel , in my arms and legs ,in fact my whole body felt awake and energised . And not stiff and sore the next day. I’m so happy to have found something I can do and enjoy and feel the benefits of . Thank you"

Your Instructor

Isaac Blencowe
Isaac Blencowe

Hey there! I'm Isaac. I'm a content creator, entrepreneur and trained Tai Chi instructor with a passion for helping and serving others.

After experiencing the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong first hand myself, I quickly fell in love with them and knew I had to share them with more people.

Leading me to starting a business Present Movement running classes for both the public and businesses.

My aim with the classes (and now this course) is to teach Tai Chi and Qigong in a way that is accessible to anyone and everyone.

I am not here to turn anyone into a Tai Chi 'master', and their certainly isn't any talk of "harnessing chi".

I also can't claim to have 20 years of experience with Tai Chi and Qigong (not quite old enough for that yet)

But what I do have is a passion for teaching and sharing them with others. There is nothing more rewarding then hearing peoples feedback as they experience the benefits first hand.

That's the true reason I teach these classes and that's why I created this course.

Why I Created this Course:

I created this course so that anyone, anywhere, anytime could benefit from these incredibly powerful exercises.

I noticed that there are a lot of meditation and Yoga courses out there, but very few Tai Chi and Qigong courses.

And the ones that did exist were either too difficult, too expensive or really just not accessible for the average person.

Which is sad because there really is a lot of benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong.

So I decided to create a course that was run just like my classes, by delivering these exercises in an approachable, practical and easy way.

I believe that much of the problems we now face in the world both on a individual and global level comes from the fact that we have lost the art of stillness, of finding space in our lives and of slowing down every once and a while.

Thanks to the world we now live in most of us are overworking, overcommiting and overstimulating ourselves on a daily basis and it is taking a toll on many of us.

Which is why it is so important that we find ways to actually slow down every once and a while!

And luckily that is exactly what you will be learning to do in this course!

Just a few repetitions of these exercises will instantly relieve stress, clear your mind and bring sense of relaxation throughout your entire body.

How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Is this course suitable for beginners?
Yes, this course is perfect for beginners. No prior experience is needed.
When will I start seeing results?
Immediately! I am confident that from the moment you try these exercises you will experience their benefits. After a few weeks and months you will also start seeing other noticeable benefits such as improved balance, lower stress levels, improved energy, improved mood, better focus and improved health.
How long should it take me to learn the Tai Chi form?
You can be a superhuman and try and learn the entire form all in one sitting! But I wouldn’t recommend this… Instead, I would focus on perhaps doing one part a day, even once a week if you like. Once you are confident with the movement simply move on to the next one until you get through the entire form.
Do I have to perform the Tai Chi form every day?
No, this is not required (I don’t even do this), you can if you like though! However, this is not expected or required (or realistic for most people). But if you were to perform it once a week that would be great for your health. Otherwise just simply learning the form throughout the course is going to have incredible benefits for your mind and body. The qiong exercises are much better suited for using on a daily basis.
How long should I perform the Qigong exercises for?
This is completely up to you. Even just a few repetitions of these exercises can be a great way to clear your mind, reduce stress and improve your health. If you can perform some the exercises for 5 - 10 minutes on a daily a basis that is going to be even better for you!
When is the best time to perform the Qigong exercises?
There is no best time. But I would suggest using them first thing in the morning, to break up your day, the end of your day or whenever you feel like you need them.
